Facilities Associate Job Description

Are you looking for a career in maintenance and facilities management? Do you have excellent communication, time management, and organization skills?

We are seeking a Facilities Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing all housekeeping tasks to the Topgolf standard as directed by Operations and Facilities management.

">

Maintain the cleanliness and superior presentation of our venue, food and beverage areas, and amenities.

">

Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

">

Adhere to health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.

">

Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoon and nights, with shifts commencing as early as 5:00 am.

">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Complete all housekeeping tasks to the Topgolf standard as directed by Operations and Facilities management">
  • Maintain the cleanliness and superior presentation of our venue, food and beverage areas, and amenities">
  • Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Energy and enthusiasm

• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Physically fit to lift items up to 20 kg, bend, and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
