Job Description:

  • We are looking for a motivated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As an Employment Consultant, you will work with job seekers to help them overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.
  • You will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers, actively engaging with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, and clearly identifying and addressing barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
  • The ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
