Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to manage quality projects, improve business processes, and ensure high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality projects to meet contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Investigate and identify potential risks.
  • Improve business processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Support projects by facilitating communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist manufacturing teams with analysis and problem-solving.
  • Conduct data analysis to produce indicators and statistics.
  • Promote quality culture throughout the organization.
  • Manage priorities in-line with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance or related roles.
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the position such as a University education equivalent to a Higher Engineering Diploma/Master's Degree in the respective field.
  • Experience with office management software e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
