Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor at our dynamic mining operation, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing, influencing and empowering the team to ensure the warehouse is appropriately stocked and resources are used efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate deliveries with carriers and adhere to schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the warehouse by maintaining high standards of customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage stores inventory and coordinate periodic stock takes.

Qualifications: Proven leadership and people management skills within a Warehouse Supervisor role.
High Risk Forklift Licence is essential.
Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills.
Prioritising and problem-solving are second nature.
Proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is vital.
Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
