Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee fire systems for both existing and prospective clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installation, modification, commissioning, and repair of Fire Detection and Warning Systems, Smoke Alarms, and Emergency/Exit lights
  • Conducting inspections and testing of fire systems in compliance with AS 1851 standards
  • Assisting in expanding our customer base by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Engaging with customers to provide necessary support
  • Offering expert recommendations on fire protection systems and equipment

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably within the Fire Protection industry
  • Must possess Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Current Electrical Licence is essential
  • Valid Driver's Licence is required
  • Cabling Licence is advantageous
  • Electrical Trade Qualification is preferred
  • Previous experience in the Fire Protection sector is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service
  • Reliable and dedicated work ethic
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial
