About the Role

This clinical support role is a key member of the residential team, working closely with management and carers to provide individualised care for residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for advising, supporting, educating, and working alongside care staff to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and support care staff in delivering quality care
  • Work closely with health professionals, such as allied health and dental teams
  • Advocate for residents and their families
  • Maintain, review, and follow care plans
  • Administer medications as required
  • Provide clinical and nursing support and advice under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
  • Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts, including weekends
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Prior experience working with people living with dementia
