Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer/Waste Engineer to become an integral part of our growing team based in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a diverse range of projects including waste facility design, resource recovery, circular waste and waste management projects throughout Western Australia and nationally as required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the delivery of high-quality proposals and technical reports following relevant standards and guidelines.
  2. Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects and proposals in line with our required quality standards.
  3. Maintain relationships with clients, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
  4. Assist in the development of junior staff members and participate in ongoing external training and development activities.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline area (environmental engineering, civil engineering etc).
  • At least 7 years of experience in engineering associated with waste facilities (ideally with experience in the consulting industry).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients clearly and concisely.

This position offers a competitive salary estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
