We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Zonda People. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and advice to the Residential Aged Care Team as required.
- Use resources and equipment effectively and economically for authorized purposes only.
- Carry out complex clinical assessments and ensure that the clinical care needs of clients are identified.
- Ensure outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Attend and/or facilitate Case Conferences and client discussion meetings as required.
- Maintain effective professional relationships with other service providers, medical professionals, and health professionals as required.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 12 months experience post-registration qualification.
- Current Driving Licence.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office Professional Suite (all applications).
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Active Listening Skills.
- Good Written and Communication Skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to strict guidelines and an eye for detail.
- Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
- Time, Task, and Priority Management Skills.
- Competitive hourly rates, including eligibility for NFP (not-for-profit) salary packaging options for permanent employees.
- Salary packaging of $15,990 + $2,650 entertainment, meal, and accommodation tax-free.
