Purpose:
To ensure high-quality dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented within Cucina and Co's standards, maintaining customer satisfaction and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to Cucina and Co's menu
• Maintain consistent and high-quality food presentation
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Manage and train kitchen staff as required
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher, OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a chef in a reputable restaurant
- Comprehensive knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
