Qualified Flying Instructor

We are currently seeking a skilled Qualified Flying Instructor to join our team in delivering high-quality pilot training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ab-initio pilot helicopter flying instruction and ensuring trainees meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver flight instruction to students
  • Conduct ground briefings and lectures on relevant topics
  • Operate training aircraft and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee progress
  • Brief senior instructors on trainee performance
  • Provide mentorship and support to trainees
  • Evaluate trainee progress in both ground and flying assessments
Requirements:
  • CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • CASA Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter)
  • CASA Command Instrument Rating (Helicopter)
  • CASA Night Visual Flight Rules Rating
  • CASA Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) rating
  • CASA Sling Load and Winching Operations Endorsement
  • CASA Flying Instructor (Helicopter) Grade 2 rating
  • Ability to obtain TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
