About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Catholic Healthcare. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our valued clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, social support, and transportation to appointments and shopping.
  • Work independently with team support to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
  • Australian driver's license and a reliable insured motor vehicle.
  • Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (advantage but not essential).
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded.
