Editor - Special Reports

We are seeking an experienced editor to oversee the commissioning, editing, and production of special reports, custom reports, and advertising features. The ideal candidate will have strong editorial instincts, a commitment to quality, and the ability to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of our audience.

  • Liaise with commercial and editorial teams to determine special report topics and publication dates based on client objectives.
  • Commission, edit, and oversee the production of special and custom reports, as well as advertising features.
  • Ensure content is compelling, engaging, and up-to-date.

This role offers the opportunity to create new reports that will build on our brand and deliver high-quality content for our audience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in journalism or a similar field.
  • Print and online editing experience.
  • An understanding of the key issues of interest to our audience.
  • Proven ability in project management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of editorial processes and print production.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
