Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for creating a visually stunning in-store experience that drives customer engagement and sales.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement effective visual merchandising strategies that showcase our products in a compelling and appealing way. This includes creating window displays, interior displays, and floor plans that captivate customers and encourage exploration.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all visual elements align with our brand identity and aesthetic. Your creative vision and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a cohesive and engaging shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Design and implement window displays, interior displays, and floor plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and aesthetic
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve visual merchandising goals
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust visual merchandising strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales and customer engagement through visual merchandising
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
