About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Healthscope.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with roster data entry and update changes for the medical and nursing workforce in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage clerical supplies, ordering and maintaining stock levels to meet the needs of the team.
  • Schedule meetings and manage diaries, coordinating appointments and events as required.
  • Contribute to recruitment processes, assisting with interviews and onboarding new staff members.
  • Provide administrative support for human resources, including archiving, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain software applications, including electronic learning platforms, rostering, stock ordering, recruitment, and KPI monitoring.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
