Electrical Engineer Position

This permanent full-time role is available for an Electrical Engineer to join our team on a roster schedule. The position is based in Whyalla, South Australia and involves daily inspections of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain electrical equipment;
  • Ensure operation of Transhipment Facility power generation;
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and repair; and
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Educational requirement: Electrical background;
  • Expired qualifications/no aspirations to return to a seagoing vessel;
  • MSIC Card (required or ability to obtain);
  • Current AMSA Medical (required or ability to obtain);
  • Australian Citizen or Valid Work Visa (required); and
  • Living in Australia.
