Our Events and Sponsorship team plays a critical role in achieving this goal, working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify and secure key sponsors that align with our strategic objectives.

Job Description

As the Sponsorship Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and coordination of AICD's sponsorship portfolio. This involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure sponsorship commitments are met efficiently. You will manage key sponsorship information, coordinate deliverables, and serve as the first point of contact for sponsor queries.

This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage competing deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Sponsorship Manager to develop and implement strategies for sponsorship growth and development, as well as track and report on sponsorship performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for sponsor queries, ensuring timely support
  • Assist the Sponsorship Manager in end-to-end sponsorship coordination, overseeing deliverables, timelines, and execution to meet all obligations
  • Draft and develop prospectus documents, proposals, sponsorship agreements, and post-event reports as required
  • Liaise with sponsors, partners, and internal teams to ensure objectives are achieved and to produce high-quality events
  • Track sponsorship performance, providing reports and recommendations for ongoing improvement
  • Support financial administration, including invoice processing and budget tracking
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules, ensuring effective sponsor engagement and alignment
  • Maintain accurate sponsorship records, tracking contract details and obligations
Requirements
  • Proven administration and team coordination skills
  • Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with contracts and partnerships is advantageous
  • Financial administration experience, including budgeting, invoicing, and tracking revenue
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRMs for efficient management and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Excellent reporting skills with the ability to analyze and present data clearly
