Job Opportunity: Finance Business Partner

This role plays a pivotal part in driving budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving financial processes, creating insightful reports, managing general ledger activities, and cost analysis to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of costs for all departments, including annual cost plans, forecasts, and ongoing analysis.
  • Support business case development and cost variance analysis.
  • Manage and consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting processes.
  • Provide assistance with purchase orders, service entries, and month-end accounting transactions.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare month-end journals and accruals.
  • Drive system and process improvements, identifying and embedding efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' demonstrated experience in a similar accounting position.
  • Experience in developing financial templates and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in SAP would be highly regarded.
