Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced clinical care to neonates in the Special Care Nursery, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Work as a clinical team leader, providing guidance and support to less experienced staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Provide preceptorship and mentoring to less experienced staff, promoting professional development and growth.
