Key Team Member Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized team member to support our staff in their daily tasks.

  • Answering phone calls and redirecting them as necessary
  • Taking messages and notes at meetings
  • Managing the company calendar and making travel arrangements
  • Ordering office supplies and consumables for equipment
  • Coordinating meetings and office operations
  • Data entry and filing
  • Organising internal and external events

The successful applicant will have excellent coordination skills, be able to multitask effectively, and provide calendar management in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and resilience.

Desirable skills include great organisational skills, strong verbal communication skills, good writing skills, and proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Outlook.
