About Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Corporate Sydney Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, assisting large employers with complex claims management, and working closely with brokers to deliver sophisticated return-to-work programs.

  • Assist large employers with complex claims management
  • Work closely with brokers
  • Develop and implement sophisticated return-to-work programs
  • Focus on assisting employers achieve their business goals
  • Manage a portfolio of return-to-work files
  • Complete one-off assessments and make recommendations
  • Attend medical appointments and communicate complex medical information
  • Initial assessments, workplace assessments, ADL assessments
  • Write insurance reports
  • Communicate with injured workers, employers, doctors, and other medical professionals
  • Facilitate a safe and timely graduated return-to-work plan
  • Document case notes
About You
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Customer service-driven with a 'can-do' attitude
