We are looking for an experienced and skilled project lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and programs as the key client interface. This will involve developing strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Chair project/site meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field, such as Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • 3+ years of industry experience managing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, including proficiency in Primavera
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
