As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements and implement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms that optimize their contract processes.

Your key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand business processes and CLM requirements, designing and configuring CLM platforms, conducting workshops and training sessions, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks, providing ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation, and troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in CLM implementations, hands-on experience with one or more CLM platforms, a strong understanding of contract management processes and compliance requirements, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and CLM requirements
  • Design and configure CLM platforms
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in CLM implementations
