About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining valuable skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece values and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Process sales and manage stock
  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch
About You

We are looking for a team player who possesses excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop your skills and knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

As a School-based Trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays.
