Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cafe All-Rounder to join our Hospitality and Events team. As a Cafe All-Rounder, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare and deliver food and beverages, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, friendly, and caring customer service to our residents and other customers
  • Process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) digital computer system
  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders according to customer requirements or preferences
  • Able to make delicious coffee using the espresso machine
  • Assist in set up and clearing café furniture each day and accommodating functions
  • Support both front and back of house including simple food preparation and washing up
  • Contributing to a hygienic work environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, and work areas at front and back of Café
  • Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards set by Anglicare are maintained
