Lead Laboratory Professional

As a key member of our team, the successful Laboratory Manager will be responsible for leading our Shepparton Laboratory.
This role requires significant experience in Biochemistry and/or Haematology and/or Immunohaematology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems in Pathology and be able to prioritize tasks, manage stress, and work effectively in a team.
They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be committed to ongoing professional development.
