We are seeking a professional individual to fill the position of Weighbridge Operator.

About the Role:
  • Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining weighbridge system as required
  • Data collation, entry and reconciliation
  • Assisting with compliance and finance documentation
  • Preparing and maintaining quotations and contracts in SAP
  • Taking customer orders for quarry products and inputting into CAS Weighbridge System
  • Allocating trucks for the following day at quarries
  • Dealing with cash sales customers and enquiries
  • Directing internal and external customer queries
  • Performing general administration tasks for quarries
  • Others duties on the quarry site including equipment operation and general laboring
About You:
  • Able to work in a friendly and professional manner at all times, with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, SAP experience is advantageous
  • Previous exposure to construction or mining industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Willingsness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
  • Availability to work Saturdays
