About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As our QMS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management system meets the gold standard of ISO 9001. You will develop, implement, and maintain our QMS, ensuring that our products and services are always at their best.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the QMS and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product or service quality.
- Plan, conduct, and oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ISO 9001 principles, QMS processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving company and dynamic work environment.
