We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of clients' homes.
- This role requires providing client care according to individualized Plans of Care, prioritizing dignity, respect, and independence.
- The ideal candidate will assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
- Able to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks, supporting clients' daily routines.
- Familiarity with infection control procedures is essential to maintaining a safe environment.
- Maintains confidentiality and upholds client privacy at all times.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Available to work various shifts, including weekends, to accommodate diverse client needs.
- CPR/First Aid certification a must-have.
- Must be physically capable of lifting, positioning, and transferring patients safely.
- Prior experience operating a Hoyer lift is an asset.
- Demonstrate compassion, respect, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
