Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tennis Coordinator / Instructor to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tennis programs and events for adults and children, while also building and maintaining a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development
    • Design and deliver tennis programs for adults and children, including lessons, social tennis, and tournaments
    • Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to drive member engagement and retention
  • Team Management
    • Organize and manage teams, leagues, and ladders, including overseeing interclub competition and internal tournaments
    • Ensure that club operating procedures are being adhered to, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Member Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that members have a positive and engaging experience
    • Continuously look for ways to improve member experience and satisfaction
  • Communication and Administration
    • Communicate effectively with members, team members, and management, both on and off court
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements

  • Tennis Australia Club Professional Qualification or Junior Development Coaching Qualification (or overseas equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Australian Residency or be eligible to work in Australia
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Current Senior First Aid
