Dual Role Driver and Laundry Support

This role is ideal for a reliable and customer-focused individual who enjoys variety in their workday. You will split your day between delivering fresh laundry to valued clients and assisting the laundry team.

The position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in logistics, customer service, and laundry operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and collecting linen, towels, and other laundry items efficiently, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Coordinating and following trip schedules and itineraries.
  • Assisting with sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, and quality control processes.
  • Anticipating and responding to customers' queries and concerns.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of our facility and good condition of our vehicles.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean record and current police clearance.
  • Full-time working rights (no student visa holders).
  • The physical ability to lift and manoeuvre laundry bags and other items.
  • A punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive pay rate and a supportive team environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in logistics and customer service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Pay: $28 - $33 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Requirements

Please ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • Do you possess a valid driver's license with a clean record?
  • Do you have a National Police Clearance, or would you be willing to obtain one?
  • Are you physically able to lift and move laundry bags and other items?
  • Would you be willing to provide references whom we can contact?
  • Would you be open to participating in a paid trial work?
