Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our kindergarten team as an Early Childhood Educator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our students.
Key Responsibilities:- To assist with planning and implementing the preschool educational program, ensuring it is engaging and meets the diverse needs of our students.
- To contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff members.
- To develop positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and other staff members, fostering a sense of community within our kindergarten.
- To work effectively with the kindergarten team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services is essential for this role.
- Current and approved first aid qualifications are required, with a willingness to maintain them as per regulations.
- Prior experience in a similar kindergarten or preschool role is desirable.
- A working knowledge of implementing a high-quality educational program that reflects the unique nature of our kindergarten is also desirable.
The successful applicant will need to align with and model our organization's values and statement of faith.
