Disability Support Worker

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide support services to individuals with complex needs.

Our clients have a range of challenges, including mental health diagnoses such as Bipolar, PTSD, intellectual disabilities, and eating disorders. Despite these challenges, they are fun and lovely people who enjoy activities like music, dancing, op shopping, cars, fish, and birds.

As a support worker, you will assist with daily living tasks, including continence and diabetes management, cooking, cleaning, and helping participants access the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and household chores.
  • Support clients in accessing community resources and activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in support work or a related field.
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals with complex needs.
