We are seeking a diligent Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a critical member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing quality housekeeping and cleaning services that focus on infection control and ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for residents.

You will work closely with the Facility Manager and the Hotel Services Team Leader to ensure the cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, main entrance, outdoor entertainment areas, admin offices, and dining halls. You will also provide laundry services and assist residents with their daily needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality housekeeping and cleaning services to residents.
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager and Hotel Services Team Leader to ensure cleaning schedules are met.
  • Assist residents with their daily needs and provide exceptional customer service.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, has strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to build supportive relationships and strive for high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the facility.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated cleaning experience, be able to work off set checklists, follow agreed procedures for safety, and work with chemicals and hazardous products safely.
