Teaching Opportunity for Religious Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Religious Education teacher to join our school community on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the teaching of Religious Education to secondary students, Years 7-12. They will be able to design and implement engaging lesson plans using technology and best practices in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of secondary students, Years 7-12
  • Differentiate instruction to maximize student learning outcomes
  • Motivate students to achieve academic excellence and foster a lifelong love of learning
Requirements
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education within Catholic Schools, Parramatta Diocese is essential
  • A minimum 4-year tertiary qualification or equivalent is required
  • A valid Working with Children Check is necessary for this role
