About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at our Gepps Cross store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, a strong attention to detail, and previous experience in a customer service environment.
