Job Overview

As a Retail Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and helping customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bathroom Product Selection: Assist customers choose the perfect bathroom products
  • Order Management: Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • 3D Planning: Use 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
  • Customer Updates: Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and organized showroom environment
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Energetic and willing to learn and grow
  • Comfortable with computer systems and technology
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Desire to develop career within our organization
