Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our Digital Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end email campaign programs and driving revenue growth from our email channel.
Your primary focus will be on utilizing your hands-on experience with email marketing platforms to deliver high-performing campaigns that engage customers and drive commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Accelerate revenue growth from our email channel by developing and implementing effective email marketing strategies.
- Manage and execute the Email Marketing & CRM program, including campaign planning, scheduling, and optimization.
- Develop clear communication and content plans that resonate with our audience.
- Implement database and VIP growth opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
- Digital marketing tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with customer engagement platforms, preferably Emarsys or similar.
- Understanding of digital design, video, and email marketing asset production (HTML skills a bonus).
- Knowledge of customer databases, personalization, and segmentation.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools.
