We are seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team in Moorabbin. This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact on our business operations.

• Business Improvement: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement through data analysis and strategic thinking.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Senior Leadership, to drive commercial outcomes.
• Project Oversight: Lead projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Talent Development: Manage a team of Commercial Analysts, providing training, development, and performance management.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial performance reports to Executive Leadership.

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
