About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pursuit Manager to join our Global Pursuit Team in Sydney or Brisbane on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development of win strategies and the end-to-end pursuit management of our most strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute win strategies for high-value and complex pursuits
  • Lead the pursuit management process, including stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful bid and proposal outcomes
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Utilize strong technical capabilities, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills, to successfully manage complex work-winning processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services, or other relevant environments
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies with the ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators, and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids
  • Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint
