The Role

We are looking for ambitious Engineers with prior experience in multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure works. Successful candidates will be responsible for supervising junior Engineers on-site and contributing to high-level detailed planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure projects in Coffs and Port Macquarie
  • Focus on civil and road works with a strong emphasis on quality and safety
  • Supervise junior Engineers and ensure compliance with project KPIs
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience working on civil roads projects worth over $5 million in value
  • Strong understanding of drawings and technical specifications
  • Previous experience working with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 civil contractor
  • Proven safety record and commitment to OH&S
