Constructability Recruitment is working with a leading civil contractor known for delivering complex infrastructure projects across New South Wales. This contractor specializes in civil infrastructure projects and is seeking experienced Engineers to join their team.
The Role
We are looking for ambitious Engineers with prior experience in multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure works. Successful candidates will be responsible for supervising junior Engineers on-site and contributing to high-level detailed planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure projects in Coffs and Port Macquarie
- Focus on civil and road works with a strong emphasis on quality and safety
- Supervise junior Engineers and ensure compliance with project KPIs
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience working on civil roads projects worth over $5 million in value
- Strong understanding of drawings and technical specifications
- Previous experience working with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 civil contractor
- Proven safety record and commitment to OH&S
