Job Title: Admin Assistant, Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide administrative support to our sales agents and management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has skills and experience in the sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to our sales agents and management team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Perform general office duties, including petty cash management and organization of office supplies
  • Assist with project coordination and document preparation as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a sales-related field
  • Office administration experience of 2 years or more, with demonstrated success in providing administrative support
