About the Role:
- Foster a high-performing team by leading retail operations and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by ensuring products are ordered, priced, and displayed according to established standards.
- Develop and motivate a team of employees and volunteers, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Promote efficient use of resources, managing budgets and rosters to maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Cultivate a passionate and committed volunteer base, promoting a culture of engagement and teamwork.
- Nurture strong community connections, collaborating with local Salvation Army groups, councils, and partners.
About You:
- Proven experience in retail leadership is essential.
- Strong customer service skills are required.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to utilize Workday HCM system is highly regarded.
- Alignment with The Salvation Army's mission and values is expected.
