Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Officer to support the development of our Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Training Department.

As a key member of our team, you will provide training assistance to the Mobile Maintenance department, ensuring compliance with national, corporate, and legislative standards. Your role will involve implementing consistent, adequate, and auditable training frameworks, while maintaining high-quality training for all personnel.

Key qualifications for this position include excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of training principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training support to the Mobile Maintenance department, ensuring compliance with national, corporate, and legislative standards.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Implementing consistent, adequate, and auditable training frameworks
  • Maintaining high-quality training for all personnel
  • Providing guidance and direction for all training requirements
  • Monitoring INX training data quality and providing LMS support as needed
  • Conducting and reviewing departmental training needs analysis with Health & Safety and training teams
  • Continuously monitoring and managing training requirements to ensure skills gaps are met
