Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring a visually stunning environment and optimal product displays.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service, going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable and driving customer loyalty.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve challenges and make quick, effective decisions to ensure a safe and efficient store environment.
  • Sales Strategies: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Store Safety: Ensure a safe environment for customers and team members.
