Additionally, you will enforce and champion safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant workplace. Other duties include coordinating stock movements, managing inventory, conducting equipment inspections, and facilitating facility maintenance. Furthermore, the role requires building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and cultivate lasting relationships with grower customers, ensuring exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse workforce. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. You will also require proven experience in supervising a team and relevant operational experience, preferably gained in a bulk grain handling environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities is also crucial.
