As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the grocery or dairy industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
