Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-level therapy services to adults with complex psychotic disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapy Services: Provide occupational therapy assessments, planning and interventions for adults with complex needs. Apply professional judgement in clinical decision-making and work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, service evaluation and ongoing clinical learning. Utilize expertise to enhance service delivery and guide others in service excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive postgraduate experience in Occupational Therapy, with strong negotiation, decision-making, communication and advocacy skills. They will be able to provide high-level clinical advice and education, exercise independent professional judgement, and lead quality improvement activities.
