Job Title: Cloud Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Systems Administrator. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise in cloud storage solutions and systems administration.

This position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and available data storage solutions on Azure. You will be responsible for internal server/network infrastructure and backup management, ensuring high ICT support standards are met.

You will have the opportunity to upskill existing staff in Azure Storage practices, enhancing their capability and contributing to the growth of the organization.

This is a national ICT support escalation point and local support for central west offices, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Azure data storage solutions design, security, migration, and availability
  • Internal server/network infrastructure and backup management
  • Implementing a cloud-first approach to data residence, service provision, and security
  • Maintaining high ICT support standards
  • Upskilling existing staff in Azure Storage practices
  • National ICT support escalation point and local support for central west offices
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Systems, including Azure Storage, Exchange Online, EntraID, and Microsoft 365
  • Local systems expertise, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper V, Powershell, Veeam, Fortinet, and networking
  • Hardware troubleshooting skills for Dell, HP, and Fortinet
  • Able to work autonomously while maintaining service standards
  • Previous experience using IT Support RMM and ticketing platforms
  • Familiarity with cyber technologies and strategy
