Your Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a risk-aware culture within the team, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
- Prioritize customer outcomes and risk excellence by addressing issues affecting customers and business partners, driving a customer-centric approach.
- Actively participate in daily servicing tasks and propose improvements for service levels and operational efficiency, leveraging your expertise to drive process enhancements.
- Promote a collaborative culture to enhance effectiveness within the Lines of Business, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee deal origination, loan, and settlement processing in LoanIQ system, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Handle lending-related queries and assist in resolving reconciliation breaks, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, Finance, and Lending Service teams to meet customer deliverables, driving a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and implement development and succession plans for the team, ensuring a culture of growth and development.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Extensive years of local experience in banking operations, with a proven track record of managing large teams and driving business growth.
- Experience in corporate lending, with a deep understanding of loan management and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in using systems such as LoanIQ and Control IQ, with a strong ability to analyze data and drive insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Eager to lead change and transformation, with a passion for driving business growth and improvement.
- Experience in continuous improvement, with a proven ability to drive process enhancements and efficiency gains.
