Scrum Master Job Description

The Scrum Master is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Agile teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the Scrum and development teams in self-organization.
  • Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments.
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
